What is Staging & Who is IDMS?

How Does Staging Work?

A member of our design team will provide a one hour consultation at a seller’s house. We will walk through the house and take extensive notes on the property.  We will create a detailed written proposal outlining our recommendations for staging.  These suggestions may include; removing clutter, rearranging furniture, repainting, removing wallpaper and better defining room function.  There are hundreds of proven ways to make a house more appealing to the buyer.

How Are Our Recommendations Accomplished?

The home owner may take our recommendations and carry out the work themselves OR the homeowner may retain IDMS to execute and manage the staging services needed.
